Jahanshah Boroumand, was born on a snowy winter day, January 29, 1949 in Tehran.
His father Abdol Ali Adib Boroumand, an attorney, more known for his works in arts, as epic poet of Iran and his mother Farangis Amini, a true lady, devoted wife and dedicated mother both personable and connoisseur of fine art who (specially the mother) paved the way for the education of their Children Pounran (daughter), Shahriar (son) and Jahanshah the oldest.
